I'm a formerly babe-a-licious SAHM who's had a few rough years and kind of let herself go. But that's in the past and now it's time to get it back together while I'm on the fair side of forty. This blog is strictly to chronicle my weight loss journey and my thoughts along the way. Warning: I anticipate a lot of crying, whining, and general discomfort. Sorry. But I bet they'll be a few fun stories, too.
